In December 2025, I was awarded a Master's degree in « Management of health training and research institutions » from the University of Haute Alsace in Mulhouse.

Alongside my professional activity as an animal osteopath, I chose in 2025 to return to university to undertake a Master's degree entitled « Management of health training and research institutions ».

This path is a continuation of my association involvement over the past nine years, notably as president of the UFEOA from 2017 to 2020, then as an active member of the collective of animal osteopaths between 2020 and 2025, of which I am also a founding member. It also stems from a personal desire to consolidate and professionalise knowledge and skills acquired mainly through field experience, association involvement and self-directed learning.

The aim of returning to studies was thus to consolidate the knowledge gained through professional experience and fieldwork, by enriching it with a more structured theoretical, methodological and academic framework.

This Master's degree in particular allowed me to develop valuable research skills, with the long-term aim of becoming more involved in research work in animal osteopathy and in the development of scientific knowledge related to the discipline.

It also gave me practical tools in several areas essential to structuring organisations and training programmes, including clinical supervision, training engineering, pedagogy, project management, team management, organisational management and strategy.

This return to studies is therefore part of an overall approach to consolidating my professional career and moving towards broader involvement in research issues in animal osteopathy.
