In 2022, I had the opportunity to organise, as a service provider for UFEOA, the second edition of SymbiOsteo – The International Congress of Animal Osteopathy.
This event was held from 23 to 25 October 2022 at the Palais des Congrès in Lyon and brought together nearly 450 participants from the various fields of osteopathy and animal health.
The aim of this second edition was to continue the discussions begun at the first congress by bringing together the various stakeholders of the profession around shared themes: the history of the discipline, current developments, and the prospects for research and evolution in animal osteopathy.
Over two and a half days, around thirty conferences and presentations took place in a setting conducive to professional encounters and exchanges.
This edition was also notable for the presence of international speakers from the United States, Canada, Germany, England and Denmark, providing an additional openness to the practices, approaches and thinking developed internationally.
