In April 2026, my first scientific publication appears in the integrative health journal Hegel: a bibliometric analysis of animal manual therapies.

In April 2026, I had the joy of seeing my first scientific publication come to fruition in the integrative health journal Hegel. This article was also referenced on the academic search engine Cairn, contributing to its visibility within the scientific literature.

This work was carried out with the support of Dr Pierre-Luc L'Hermite, whose expertise proved invaluable throughout the development of this study.

The article, entitled "Osteopathy, chiropractic, animal manual therapies: a bibliometric analysis from 1949 to 2025", offers a comprehensive overview of the state of the scientific literature devoted to manual therapies applied to animals.

This is a bibliometric study aiming to better understand the existing scientific output on this subject, through various indicators such as years of publication, types of studies conducted, authors involved, as well as their affiliations and geographical locations.

The analysis also looks at the journals in which this work is published, their scientific positioning, as well as certain elements related to the dissemination of knowledge, such as publication conditions and associated costs.

All of this data provides an overall picture of the current state of the scientific literature in this field, identifying the main trends, the countries and stakeholders most involved, as well as publication dynamics on an international scale.

Beyond this overview, this work also highlights certain areas that remain little explored, opening up prospects for future research and the development of knowledge in the field of manual therapies applied to animals.
